Horrible customer service. Employees treat people like if they are their enemies, it seems they do not want to work there. Always unhappy, giving a bad attitude, there is a Colombia that’s even worst. The building is really nice, doctors are perfect, just the service at front counter sucks.
I have only had positive experiences with the staff. They are doing a great job with little staff
Security elements reserve parking spaces for handicaps, they give them to employees without having permission from the disability department
The security always has full cones and when you walk in we see that there are many spaces while we patients struggle to find parking, and only those of their race are allowed to pass and park inside 😡😡
