I’m a brand new patient and I am so happy to belong to a clinic that offers walk-in appointments! That is important when you have a health concern that isn’t an emergency. The parking is excellent, the lobby was clean and the staff were very friendly. The doctor was cool and straight to the point. The entire process was seamless and the total appointment was very fast. I was done in less than 15 minutes. The lobby was a bit chilly (to prevent germs from spreading) but next time I will be better prepared. Thank you!
Marisa in the front desk is the absolute best. She’s always so helpful and goes above & beyond. Dr. Marcela is great as well. I was at a different clinic but my service here has been so much better. My kids love her. Thank you for your hard work & dedication to your patients.
The staff here at St. John’s wellness center on Crenshaw is amazing. They always provide outstanding service from the time I walk in, until the time I leave. The love that they show has been beyond amazing. Tamera is one of the main reasons I come back to this location. She welcomes me back with open arms every time. She assists me with my appointments and keeping the same provider. St. John’s Crenshaw office is always friendly the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. The nurses and the doctor listen to you and helps you with your problem. The office is clean an well stocked with mask if you need one.
Never had to wait like long to see a doctor.Doctors and staff are attentive and very helpful. I receive text reminders for appointments. I also go to the t.Johns pharmacy hassel free. Great clinic glad it's in my community
