I usually love all the doctors at this place, but the doctor that saw my kids. This last time, I was not too happy. She wasn't focus, she asked my daughter's Grade like 3 times and then she also asked about some lab works if it was okay with her. Doing the lab work, but then she said, well, it's not an option. We have to do it and I was like, why is she even asking then my daughter was with the same thoughts, so I was not happy with her..
I liked that doctor was able to accommodate my two children visit and help me save time. Just noticed that it was hard for the nurse to understand my 3 year old child during his vision and hearing tests but overall everything went well.
Best place in the world been going here since I had my first child 10years ago best service in the world they also have a great dental office I would recommend 😀
It’s always an issue with parking at St. John’s. There is never parking, in any of the locations near me. I usually go to the one on Hoover and Slauson, I was waiting for parking for about 45 minutes. I was late for the appointment, but of course, that’s not their business right? So I had it rescheduled later that day to the one on Avalon by Gage. Same issue, no parking, I was there for about 30 minutes waiting.
