Everything about this place SUCKS! Parking is horrible, then the woman at the desk told me I had the wrong insurance?? Sent me to benefits counsel & the woman told me I’d have to pay $1,000 deductible (for a blood test!!). Then I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour after the time my appt was scheduled! When I finally got into a room they kept trying to do everything but what I asked for & told me that they HAD to make me an appt for a physical if they were going to help me. Haven't been in just yet but the initial phone call to schedule a new patient appointment went so smoothly, Ivette and Nancy are so pleasing & were able to get me scheduled ASAP! Looking forward to coming in. Will follow up after my visit !
This place used to be very efficient, I came to this clinic for a vaccine, the farmacist told me that they didn't receive any prescription from my primary doctor, After I got the prescription. The farmacist told me that They cannot provide me the vaccine because I don't have medical. I can assure now that this clinic give preference to people with medical.
Terrible place, I don't recommend it, especially if you are pregnant, don't go to this place, they are terrible, they all make you wait a long time even if you have an appointment, you can't give this place less than a star, they treat you badly from the nurses to the counselors, they took my blood, they told me they would call me for the results, I never received a call until I asked the doctor how I did in my exams, he only told me it's okay, I had a lot of questions to ask, and everything is fine, we're done, and so on, m... read more
They take too long to attend to you and the nurses are even very rude.
