I usually love all the doctors at this place, but the doctor that saw my kids. This last time, I was not too happy. She wasn't focus, she asked my daughter's Grade like 3 times and then she also asked about some lab works if it was okay with her. Doing the lab work, but then she said, well, it's not an option. We have to do it and I was like, why is she even asking then my daughter was with the same thoughts, so I was not happy with her..
It’s always an issue with parking at St. John’s. There is never parking, in any of the locations near me. I usually go to the one on Hoover and Slauson, I was waiting for parking for about 45 minutes. I was late for the appointment, but of course, that’s not their business right? So I had it rescheduled later that day to the one on Avalon by Gage. Same issue, no parking, I was there for about 30 minutes waiting. I have multiples patient besides me at the st John's clinics and I am very proud to say this is location at 1060 exposition Blvd is one of the best even If you come in as a walking they still work with you and help you get seing i live this place
Took my daughter to her doctor appointment everything went surprisingly good. Front desk was respectful and polite. front desk staff are very professional . Last year the front desk was rude and had attitude at all time.My daughter doctor is very friendly and professional.
