I had taken my granddaughter for an appointment I was so impressed from the beginning of walking in and being signed in to the office for insurance The doctor in the back was amazing I believe it was Dr Bender. They all treated us like we were with the Eisenhower 365 program which is hard to beat. Thank-you again. I have been letting my family and friends about your location.
I am a patient who has moved here to Coachella Valley from Northern Utah. During my first year here, I became involved in a whole new healthcare setting. St. John’s’ is a very new clinic which is exceptionally clean, well staffed, and offers a wide variety of services. I went to sign up gender affirming care, and Chanel was very informative answered all my questions. She is such a sweetheart. She helped me and guided me and pointed me in the right direction with all the resources and doctors that I needed for my gender affirming care. She is the best. I highly recommend if you go to St. John’s ask for Chanel she will make it happen for you.
My daughter Chanel works here for the THP and although I see her hard work and great customer service towards her patients I have gone here to ask for other services and must say Monica at the front desk was very pleasant and the most genuine. Her customer service skills blew me away as well other friends of mine whom have come here. Thank you.
Every time I have an appointment at SJCH I’m greeted by Chanel and she is the most amazing and supportive person who works there. I feel so welcome and I know I’m in a safe space. She puts me in a good frame of mind despite what I may be going through with my day. SJCH will always be my clinic of choice and that’s because of Chanel and Kazumi her boss.
