They have always treated me with kindness and respect. Every health worker is always professional and takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and understand everything. The doctors are super friendly and really care about their patients.
I came in with a lot of pain on my knee , I was treated with respect and empathy , M Nash was patient in listening , and gave me the recommendations . Both Front and receiving nurses always polite and helpful in my needs . Thank you
St John’s specifically the Rolland Curtis location has a very welcoming atmosphere. Not only are they friendly but are super informative. I was helped by Veronica M I had a few questions about insurance and she went above and beyond helping me. I would 10/10 recommend this location from the dentist to the office staff everyone was very kind and made this appointment very smooth.
Very helpful staff! From changing my provider ON SITE to seeing my sick child all in the same day. Definitely will be recommending St. John’s to relatives and friends. 🤍😊
The whole staff is awesome. And Dr. Jesse is the best.. I used to miss my appointment because the other sites are just too much.. but when I came here.. I do my best to not miss mine or my kids appointment with Dr. Jesse because he really cares about your well being and listens to your concerns.. As well as the staff if you do happen to have a bad experience they do their best to fix the situation..
