Well as a regular there I can say the service is good timing. But as far as a patient needing a follow up from hospital visit due to car accident I got put on an opportunity list appointment for 145pm they told me I would have a wait time of 1hour n 1/2 I waited over 2hrs to be seen to sign paper and be seated back into waiting room.. this experience maybe woulda been better trying to get in as an early walk in versus this opportunity guarantee being seen appointment. Just my opinion
Disappointed because went in for my initial check up for the dentist December 5th. Then they made me 2 different appointments one for a cleaning which was today 1/31 and one for a filling. I show up today and let me know my appointment was an opportunity appointment. So I’ve waited a month in half for an “opportunity” appointment. They call you about 10 times to remind you of the appointment but they failed to let me know it was a “opportunity” appointment so I would have to wait about a hour in half to be seen. I been a patient at St. John’s for over 14 years. I bring my kids and myself however over the years I have hated bringing my kids here. 1. Doctors are always changing, you hardly ever keep the same doctor. 2. There is never any parking even with them buying out houses and making “parking spaces” they are always full. I dread coming for the same reason. I live within 5-8 minutes driving, but I have to be here at least one hour before my appointment just to secure parking. 3. This is my first time using this particular center and I am glad I did because the staff are Professional and swift . They are organized and know what they are doing. Friendly people and no parking problems even in rain. It was a jolly good ride for me.
I received excellent service across the board. It started with angie and intake, my provider was on top of everything. The pharmacy putin work trying to get me a lower price on my medications and I appreciate it.
