As with all the other reviews, awful service from receptionists almost every visit. There are frequently long wait times WITH appointments. I’ve found a trick to combat this and I appreciate my service provider’s help with this. The staff that draw blood, nurses, and service providers are incredible! I would never return if it weren’t for them. I truly appreciate my nurse practitioner/medical provider. (I’d give 5 stars only for her) I strongly recommend the Exposition Park location. It’s frustrating how this clinic manages appointment times. If I’m just 10 minutes late, my appointment is rescheduled for a much later date. Yet, when I arrive on time, I often end up waiting for an hour or more to be seen. It feels unfair that my time isn't given the same importance. This double standard makes it difficult to plan my day and adds unnecessary stress to the experience. I believe the clinic should consider a more balanced approach that respects both the patients' and the staff's time...
If I can give ST John’s zero stars. I would. It’s not been the first time they implemented a policy that only works in their favor. They don’t have a grace period which sucks because they don’t have parking unless you use the one they have down the street which isn’t close. While giving employees the closer parking structures and then they have implemented their own policy of canceling your appointment even if you are in line (& they say they have no control) . 1 staff made all the difference! DIEGO THANK YOU! I was already super annoyed at how this place could have so many patients in their care and yet does not have a parking lot to accommodate it's patient capacity just the same. I had to walk/run more than half a block to get to the entrance due to no parking. Unorganized and poor communication between staff and patients. I have been trying to get my ultrasound results for a recurring GI issue since August and have been told that my results are still not available, though it is now October. I continue to experience the same symptoms and would like to assume that this diagnostic study did not reveal any abnormalities otherwise, I would consider this negligence.
