I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I brought my son in twice for a scheduled physical exam after being contacted by the office to arrange the appointment. The first visit was scheduled for a Saturday morning. Upon arrival, I was informed that I was marked as a walk-in in their system and that the pediatrician was not available that day. I’ve only ever been here twice but I don’t plan on coming back and would honestly advise anyone with small children to also not come. Firstly, each time I’ve tried to book an appointment, their only availability is at least a month in advance. Secondly, on my 2nd visit, I was 8 mins late checking in to the front desk. Keeping in mind, the clinic is on the 2nd floor, so you have to park, walk to the elevator, go up and then actually head into the clinic. Doctors are never available. I'm looking for a new PCP because this whole time I haven't even seen this doctor one time. That is just not exeptable for a person with my health problems. I'm trying to change you guys as a provider all together. Very unorganized and your pharmacist are horrible
Stephanie and the pharmacist here are the absolute goats. As someone who is use to crappy and disrespectful pharmacies, I’m glad that those pharmacist here help me feel a little more safe. 10/10 Rafael also the goat, totally will go to bat for you. Change stays busy and am glad someone is willing to help. :3 The community workers are very sociable. The clinic overall is ok, I don’t think anywhere is perfect. Receptionists were great and fast. And the lady that helped me to see if I qualify for some type of insurance assistance was very great and very informative. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but she was extremely helpful. Thank you!!!
