I finally got a good doctor. She helps and takes her time with you. It is harder to get things done when you have no insurance. The pharmacy is great and very helpful. They go above and beyond to help which I truly appreciate. The enrollment dept is rude and don't want to help you. Johnston is rude and gaslight people. But overall the staff and my experience has been positive.
Stephanie and the pharmacist here are the absolute goats. As someone who is use to crappy and disrespectful pharmacies, I’m glad that those pharmacist here help me feel a little more safe. 10/10 Rafael also the goat, totally will go to bat for you. Service was very professional. All staff were kind & helpful. I went in with a perscription emergency. I was seen by a PA, Dr Alejandra C, in San Bernardino, CA. She seemed to be very concerned about my well being. I was able to get all lab work done & prescription filled. I'll return in 2 weeks for results. Appointment went as I wish and services were rendered. Thank you from my heart.
I’m new to this place and was recommended by a friend who works here. The staff was overall friendly. However I couldn’t get past the fact that after my 3rd visit the insurance claimed department tried to gaslight me and say there is no way I could have ever seen a doctor without talking to them first. Then they claimed that they never had my insurance on file. I don’t understand how you can do test and checkups without ever running my insurance. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. I had some issues with medication and Raphael went above and beyond to provide me answers and resources to ensure that I got the care that I needed. Paul has also been of great help assisting me with other resources and connecting me with opportunities. It feels like a true community establishment.
