Very bad customer service!!! I called 2 times and spoke with the same person who was lier and unprofessional. When she asked for medical ID number and I started giving her the ID number then she did not even take the full number put me on hold. Second time when I called pick up the same person and she hang up on me but did not call back!!!! Stupid customer service people!!!! I work at healthcare section too. So don’t lie. I know what is what?
I am taken care of so promptly when i have appointment or just walk in. Its never too crowded. And my primary physician is theee best. Paying much attention to my needs and treats me as a patient not a paycheck. Lol although I know what's really up now nd days with these physicians doing people however and whatever just to get paid or whatever, but my doctor actually sits down a few minutes ,to engage in Conversations with me while acknowledging and approaching my service dog, with such kindness and respect. .much different ... read more
I’m a regular there for my birth control and I’m on depo before coming here I went to another location and I’ve been on depo since I was 14 and I have never been told that at a certain amount of time I needed to take a break from the shot until I came here . They are always nice and well knowledgeable.
This place offers the best transgender programs. I travel 47 miles everytime for my appointment because it's totally worth it. The doctors are the best and very understanding. Make sure to make an appointment because wait times are a bit long even with an appointment. They play movies in the waiting room. Great clinic.
This place used to be excellent but lately the service has been below average, long wait times and rude front desk staff.
