The service is good. In the past my friend i thought was having a heart attack in the waiting area i asked worker Teana Herrera for assistance she was calming us down she was professional and made us relax and we are very grateful for her assistance.This is the kind of quality care St.Johns provides people who care.Im grateful that Teana was available amazing how she was so kind and courteous and sensitive to our needs an ambulance came and my friend went to the hospital,later that day my friend stabilized and was fine. St. John’s Community Health Warner Traynham has become like a second home to me. I enjoy my visits, seeing the staff it just feels like I’m visiting family. I’ve made some of my closest friends here. I always leave with a boost of confidence after being treated with such dignity and genuine concern for my wellbeing. I am grateful for St John’s. Delphine.
I love coming to this clinic. My doctor has been Brittany Curry and she has always made my visits amazing. Ive been seen as a walk in and it only took 2 hours max to be seen. And days ive come as having an appointment i got seen on the spot as i got there. I know that they will take care of me no matter the issue I'm having. And they really listen to my concerns. As a kid I hated going to the clinics. Now St. Johns has made me love going to the clinic. Haha
It was a very rewarding experience. I was having a problem with my sinuses. Dr. Read provided with medical treatment that were effective and totally new to me. I have been a life time sinus sufferer yet I had never heard some solutions he put before me.
The provider that I saw lacked empathy, she was pushy and her communication skills were ineffective. I did not get everything I came for taken care of. The only reason I did not give a one star is because the other staff members were helpful
