I was with St. John's for the first five years of my sobriety. Without Suboxone and Doctor Sonya Tran's guidance and therapy I wouldn't be here. Now seven years sober and with Kaiser I was able to bring the most beautiful little girl into the world and be there completely for my partner. In a very direct way St John's and Sonya Tran also saved my daughter's life. Thank you.
Cecilia at the 23rd St. office was amazing. She stepped up to the plate and help me solve a problem instantly without me even asking It is so nice to see someone actually taking charge and handling a situation that is uncomfortable for some people. I've been a trans patient here for about four years, and not only are staff very inclusive, but they're also willing to help you as much as possible. I always feel cared for, moreso than other clinics, and they offer a wide variety of services (standard care, trans care, legal paperwork assistsnce, dental care), that are both useful and very needed in such underserviced communities. I believe upper management does wring staff tight, as most Healthcare locations do, but otherwise I've had no personal issues.
St. John’s Community Health Warner Traynham has become like a second home to me. I enjoy my visits, seeing the staff it just feels like I’m visiting family. I’ve made some of my closest friends here. I always leave with a boost of confidence after being treated with such dignity and genuine concern for my wellbeing. I am grateful for St John’s. Delphine.
