The man at the front desk was rude and not helpful at all. Just giving people such a hard time. I came in at 3pm after the woman on the phone stated it was ok to come in as a walk-in at that time the man at the front desk said they’re leaving for the day (they close at 5pm) and that I would have to make an appt. That was fine so I made an appt for the next day my son arrived to his appt at 2:17 (his appt was at 2:15) He told me “I moved your son to the bottom of the list because he was 2mins late” he made us wait for 2hrs my... read more
This is my second appointment and aslo my last appointment here. Staff is unprofessional and wait time is excessive. My appointment was at 345pm, I did pre check in, I arrived about 2mins early and stood at the counter for about 5mins before I was acknowledged. I sat in the small waiting area for about 30mins before being called back. Then I waited about another 20mins for the doc to come in. Dr. Jupiter is nice, she seems like she may be over worked, but shes the only thing right at that clinic that I experienced.
As I sat here waiting for my appointment. I noticed the reception is Leslie. Did a wonderful job helping everybody? Accordingly, to their race and their problems, I think we really need more people like her. I really appreciate coming here because of her.
Each visit has been great. I especially appreciate the doctors & nurses making sure that I am scheduled for any tests, labs and appointments I need. They are willing & ready to listen to my concerns and follow up with them.
Great Staff except for the fact that one young lady insisted on calling me "mama". I advised her that I was 53 years old & would prefer to be called by my name: first or last or both. She still call me what she wanted too. DISRESPECTFUL!
