This review is for COVID vaccination. They overbook this location and don't have different lines for walk ins or appointments, so what's the point of being prepared and making one? Come well before your scheduled time and be prepared to wait in a long line. When I made the appointment, I noted I was 9 months pregnant and could not stand for long periods of time but there was no accommodation made. The staff is friendly and trying their best, but the system sucks.
If I could give this place a zero I would. I waited for over an hour JUST for test results. And I had an appointment. The first time I came was my first time here and I had a hours long of a wait WITH an appointment. The person who came to get me out the waiting room wasn't friendly, never said the doctor will be in shortly, was very dry and closed the door behind me with no further words. The doctors seem nice, but not worth all you have to go through to even see them.
Honest thoughts... so I read the reviews before going, i agree with everyone. The wait times are horrible for "walk-ins," because their system consist of taking peoples appointments if they don't show up. I got lucky, because i showed up 1 hour before they opened and found a spot, so if you do a walk-in you have to be the first 5, if not it is unlikely you will be seen. St John's Well Child and Family Center Washington Prep Wellness Center is by far the worst clinic to receive proper treatment and care. They have a history of violating Patients Rights in which they do not seem to care at all. I had a scheduled appointment in which I came in ahead of time and from the front desk employees leading to the manager, they were completely unprofessional in so many ways.
