agreed about wait times and no grace times but it’s not necessarily a bad thing that doctors look stuff up, you want them to double check and make sure. but i can see how that would make one nervous and seem unprofessional.
They always have you wait after your appointment time and they have NO GRACE PERIOD. You can be 2 minutes late and they will treat you as a walk in. Doctors are very dismissive of legitimate health concerns. If you have some serious health issues they will be the last to every find it. I’ve seen doctors googling questions I had for them here. Id say go here if you don’t care about your health.
Ana is so lovely and a calming presence. Everyone here has been lovely for that matter. Highly recommended!
They literally have the worst wait times! Appointments are pretty much pointless here, because you’ll be waiting some time regardless. Nurses are great though! Good vibes and great attitudes.
The by-phone Vaccination booking system didn’t work. Was forced to wait in the stand-by line after being told the appointment I spent 2 hours booking didn’t exist. However I did eventually receive my first shot and the nurses were real kind and informative.
