I walked though a curious fenced walkway behind a high school in Lincoln Heights with an open heart but few expectations; medical services in working class neighborhoods are so often short-shrifted. But I found an attentive, warm staff; a clear, kind, and direct doctor; and when I walked back out of the fenced walkway, I'd had one of the most pleasant experiences with a doctor and their staff in years. The staff doctors and security are all very nice and helpful great place. Also I came in as a walk in and they attended me within 40 minutes
I love this clinic the doctors and nurses the staff in front all make you feel comfortable, they are super fast you almost never wait in less than an hour you are already done, great service and 100% attention, they explain you everything, one of the best clinics in LA. Thank you
I had a great experience! I was seen right away, I felt listened to and wasn't left waiting long in the room by myself. It was my first visit to this location, so I parked in front if the school which was a mistake, much better to find the neighborhood street around the back. They did an EKG right then, drew blood and discussed my current concerns. The provider was very calm and polite. From this point, I'll just wait for my referrals.
This clinic has been very good to me. The staff always have positive attitudes and treat me nice. Doctors always help me get better. They are an asset to community. Thank you so much!
