This place is awful and prioritizes walk ins over appointments. It took me forever to get in and the doctor was very hesitant to give me a refill of my prescriptions even after explaining my history. I made the mistake of being honest about my mental state and they reported my ideations anyways even though I told them I've already been to the hospital for it and was referred out to places that refused care.
I have been for several years in this clinic and all I can say they have a great service and a strong desire to serve the community. I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs some help.
This was the worst healthcare experience I have ever experienced. I made the COVID-19 booster appointment for today November 29th, 2021 @ 6:10 pm. We arrived at 6pm and the security guard told us get in line and it wouldn’t be too long. I asked at what time do you close, and they told me at 9pm but regardless we will get you in. Three hours later, one of the nurses that was outside talking with the security for a while told us we were not going to be able to get the vaccine. Please don't go here for timely and quality medical or dental care. Medical care is questionable at best. Dental care is good EXCEPT for wait times. Whether it is people who are late for their appointments, overbooking, walk-ins who happen to arrive simultaneously at your schedule time, this place hates to treat punctual people fairly. Also, this place cancels appointments out of the blue without notice frequently. Even with notice, the only recourse is to check in as a walk-in or "reschedule" on another day where hopefull... read more
Terrible service. They make you wait to long .they don't respect the appointment time . And they are very disrespectful.
