This place is a disaster, please avoid coming here, they wastes 3 hrs of my time for a simple vaccine, just because of some incompetent reception staff that can't process a single task and kept passing me between pharmacy and clinic. It's a stupid place.
I went to the clinic about a month ago for a physical and my refills.I am still waiting for my results and my refills.they keep giving me a video appointment instead of letting me come in to see them.
I’ve been coming here for my prenatal care since November 2022 and honestly this is the best clinic to come to. Everyone is always very nice and make you feel comfortable. Jessica is the one that always checks my vitals and sets up the room for me and she’s the best!! Melissa sets up my ultrasound appointments and is always ready to help when I call to ask a question. I visited the place for the first time and felt so happy at the reception. Ms Jennifer's service and prompt attention is unbeatable.
I've been coming here for years and i have no complaints. I love that they actually have evening appointments. My kids have been seen after 6:30pm. Which is great. They do not miss class time or for me having to leave work early. I have never waited an hour not even 30mins. What is very convenient about this place is that you have medical, dental and psych in the same location. Right next to each other.
