I wish I had an option for no stars. This clinic might work wonders for some people, but definitely they need to get their act together. Jocelyn is an amazing pediatrician nurse, her patients is immaculate. My child used to hate his check up until we met her, always making us feel so welcome just look at how he was greeted for his birthday! I was even surprised, thank you all for your hard work. But an even bigger thank you to Nurse Jocelyn for making our doctor visits feel so safe and well taken care of!

Your appointment is at 9 am and the doctor sees you at 11 am, but you arrive a minute late and they cancel your appointment. The receptionists are rude and never help patients. They keep offering appointments by phone, which is ridiculous.

Currently a pregnant patient here It would be zero stars if I could rate it 0 stars !! Always closed never answer phone calls nor gets paperwork back to you on time doesn’t treat you like a priority even with a high risk pregnancy!!
