Jocelyn is an amazing pediatrician nurse, her patients is immaculate. My child used to hate his check up until we met her, always making us feel so welcome just look at how he was greeted for his birthday! I was even surprised, thank you all for your hard work. But an even bigger thank you to Nurse Jocelyn for making our doctor visits feel so safe and well taken care of!
I recently visited St. John’s clinic and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. When I first arrived, I was a bit concerned because there was an issue with my health insurance. Thankfully, the manager Celia and the benefits counselor were incredibly helpful and reassuring. Celia went above and beyond to explain my options clearly and helped resolve the issue so I could still be seen that day. I’m so thankful for this clinic and its amazing staff. From the front desk to the back, everyone is always respectful, welcoming, and informative. I’ve visited both with and without an appointment, and every time my experience has been consistently positive. The care, professionalism, and kindness they show truly make a difference. Highly recommend!
The people in the front desk are always super nice, The nurses do get saturated with patients but always nice, doctors are good, any concern or questions you have they get down to business The only thing is that the doctors don’t last long and they always get replaced changed move etc other than that is great
Who ever comes here for prenatal care. Be careful with getting Pedro Cepeda!! He is the worst OBGYN provider! When I was 9 weeks pregnant I had my first prenatal care and I asked if he can do an ultrasound because the machine was there and he said no because it can hurt the baby and he would need to refer me out. But because of my previous losses I was scared and he said he will put an immediate referral to my insurance and I would get an ultrasound appointment that week.
