Came in about 5 mins ago this nurse upfront decided to help me because the lady with black glasses to the right of her didn’t acknowledge me or decided to say anything. I asked her a question about a referral number and she proceeded to ask the lady to the right of her and she immediately dismissed her with saying papers in the back..without any more detail. She looks as if she knows what’s the number to things and it could’ve been easily handled. I understand if someone is having a bad day..but it is your job to attended us... read more
I got sent here due to my sons primary docs office being closed and honestly I don’t have any complaints. The staff are super friendly and so are the doctors. They have a play area for toddlers and seating area as well. I love the fact that they do because my toddler is very curious and likes to learn new things. I wish more clinics had these type of play areas for toddlers I’d definitely come back and would recommend 10/10 ✨
I've been taking my Foster Daughter here for a couple of months to see Dr. White. He has focused on helping her with her mental well-being. Also nurse Ray, has been very helpful in assisting my daughter and myself.
I’m not understanding how little accommodating they are to walk-ins. They were letting me know if all the appointments show up for the day that I will not be able to get seen as a walk-in. I go to work and school on the weekdays is why I’m going on a weekend and they are telling me that I would have to go to urgent care. Why should I have to go to urgent care for something that is not urgent, but still needs to be token care of? They really need to work on an accommodating all their patients and not just appointment patients... read more
