Bernice is an amazing MA. She took her time during vitals and listened to everything I said. Doctor, he is kind and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. I LOVE this clinic. Went in for a simple blood pressure check and ended up in the ER with seriously bad numbers. The docs saved my life. Nurses, techs, every single person were extremely helpful, professional & very nice. Last, but by no means least, it is Spotless, organized, quiet & smells so clean. I would choose them over anyone
I’m the daughter and caregiver for my dad. This is his third visit, and it hasn't gone well. The doctor wants to increase my dad's medication to 1600 mg, but hasn’t mentioned the need to cut down or stop taking any of his current meds. I tried to explain this to my dad, but it seems like he doesn’t believe me. It feels like they care more about insurance than about the patients.
Every time we are seen the staff is very nice. We are treated with kindness and respect. They ask you questions about why you are there but you have a feeling like they really do care. You also do not have a long waiting time to be seen. Thank you to Rocio Ávalos the nurse who is always super nice to my family and I
Bernice MA, is great, she is doing amazing job. Dr. Maloney is a amazing doctor to my brother, he listens to his patients and is very helpful and caring. The staff is excellent and extremely helpful. St. John's Community treats you like family. Thank you for your services.
