So, first time patient visit. Health insurance benefits changed at my employer so I could no longer see my normal PMD. Picked Dr. Maloney as he was about 5 miles from my home. Would’ve gotten 5 stars but there was a mix up at the front desk where they were going to have me see a different doctor initially, probably due to time constraint, scheduling etc. However, once the nurse brought me back she changed that and had Dr. Maloney see me as scheduled instead. Every time we are seen the staff is very nice. We are treated with kindness and respect. They ask you questions about why you are there but you have a feeling like they really do care. You also do not have a long waiting time to be seen. Thank you to Rocio Ávalos the nurse who is always super nice to my family and I
I will highly recommend St. John’s in San Jacinto. The staff treat you like family.
Had to stop in for a Dental emergency. Care was excellent and the staff were super nice.
The staff was amazing especially our medical assistant Rocio Avalos she is very caring the doctor as well loved the they took care of my son
