Bernice is an amazing MA. She took her time during vitals and listened to everything I said. Doctor, he is kind and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and addressed all of my concerns. Wonderful experience at ST. John’s Bernice is a wonderful MA. She has so much patience with my baby. Definitely bringing my family to this clinic. The provider was also very nice and wonderful. Definitely had a good experience here.
So, first time patient visit. Health insurance benefits changed at my employer so I could no longer see my normal PMD. Picked Dr. Maloney as he was about 5 miles from my home. Would’ve gotten 5 stars but there was a mix up at the front desk where they were going to have me see a different doctor initially, probably due to time constraint, scheduling etc. However, once the nurse brought me back she changed that and had Dr. Maloney see me as scheduled instead. They truly have an amazing staff working here. They understand that people have a fear of needles and other things they use for their patients and they treat them with care and kindness. I have gone to a few Dr offices in the past, but this place surpasses them all.
