When i first started to attend to the Lee Vista location I was hesitant at first, but everyone at the Imperial Orthopedic office are not only professional but they go above and beyond with their professionalism, attention and unique customer/patient service. Dr Ly is on point. He took the time out to explain my injuries to where I understood what they were and what could be done to feel better. The office staff showed that they truly care about their patients. I have been to other Doctors in the past 8 months regarding my injury and this office went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and assured me that I will be taken care of moving forward. Thank you to the whole team for what you've done so far and what you will be doing for me to make me better.
