Dr Ly is on point. He took the time out to explain my injuries to where I understood what they were and what could be done to feel better. The office staff showed that they truly care about their patients. I have been to other Doctors in the past 8 months regarding my injury and this office went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and assured me that I will be taken care of moving forward. Thank you to the whole team for what you've done so far and what you will be doing for me to make me better.
When i first started to attend to the Lee Vista location I was hesitant at first, but everyone at the Imperial Orthopedic office are not only professional but they go above and beyond with their professionalism, attention and unique customer/patient service. I highly recommend Imperial Orthopedic and spine center. I was referred there for pain management with Dr. Rivera . The doctor & staff is very professional the office is very clean . Dr. Rivera went over my MRI report and patiently explain everything to me and what he recommend for I can get better. I went there with severe pain once I went to my first visit I had immediate relief finally was able to sleep. Thank you Dr. Rivera
