Amazing practice and truly talented professionals. Dr. Bindal and Jessica are absolutely the best at what they do with incredible bedside manners. Would highly recommend them for any and all who need their services.

I was referred to this office by one of my co-workers, he said they were very thorough, so I decided to make an appointment. When I called Jackie gave me an appointment for Jan. 21. After a few hours I got a call back stating they do not take my insurance. I thought this was very odd because my co-worker and I have the same insurance. For my first appointment, I came to see Dr. Bindal to suite 285 at 2pm. After 1 hour and 20 mins of waiting on a seat, I talked to the front desk lady to ask what's taking so long. She lied to me that Dr. Bindal is doing surgeries today, in fact Dr. Bindal was seeing patients. I was upset with the unprofessional attitude and I had to request cancelling the appointment and got refunded. The sad thing is that they did not even apologize for the wait. I am looking for another neurosurgeon.

So we asked if the office can help us fill out the form from Texas HHS so she can apply for a short term benefit. This is also time sensitive ( meaning I have to return to them on time... read more
