We hired TCC to head hunt a few positions and we have hired about 5 new employees in the last 2-3 months. We are continually growing and it is nice to be able to switch what position postings we need at that particular time. Will K has done a good job in following up each month and making sure we are getting what we need. They have really helped with doing all the prescreening and reposting to keep our recruitment fresh.
