I do not recommend this company. We are a decent size company at 130 people so we are not new to recruiting. They do not have a full money back guarantee, you will have to eat at least $2500 and push back on what they consider "qualified candidates" It's how they get out of the refund. Do not use this service Canada. All we got were overseas applicants with no relevant experience in our field. They failed to understand our needs. We asked for framing crew leaders. Which means you can lead a crew because you have experience. An engineering degree in a random country does not mean you are experienced in wood framing in Canada. I would like my $10,000 back.
