Currently a resident- looking to leave asap. DO NOT RENT HERE. Believe every single negative review. 10+ cops here almost every night. This place is filth. Trash literally everywhere. Reserve is the ONLY building on the campus that is not government funded- maybe the senior too. I wish I would have done a little more research when moving from another city but it was kind of a quick move. The Reserve is a great place to live. The building has elevators which helps with moving in especially if you want to be on a high floor like myself. The staff in the office are very helpful. Being a new building it's great, the kitchen is beautiful with granite countertops and brand new appliances and high speed internet is included.

Definitely had some issues but they do get addressed eventually. Management has had a few changes to say the least. So new team stuck with picking up the piece. As I type they are adding security doors like they have at the Senior living if we had them from the start might of got 4 stars. Teenagers from the front have been hanging out back here making it a mess pissing in stairways and by mailboxes destroying workout room etc.. These doors should make the difference they already power washed the hallways.

I currently live at the reserves. Wonderful staff at both the leasing and resident offices, especially Katie. Lovely spacious and comfortable apartments except for the amount of dog and cat hair I had to clean when I moved in. The surroundings are nasty though. The stairs, in front of the elevators and the passage ways are so nasty, I don't want anyone to walk through that mess to visit me, and no matter how hard I try to keep my apartment clean I have to be battling roaches. This apartment complex is low staffed always. If you place a maintenance request they will or will not show up in a year. The hallways are so dirty and filled with insects and trash everywhere. They never answer their phone They towed up my car several times even though i parked in my spot. When i asked why they said oh it is by mistake we assigned your spot so someone else.
