My husband and I moved into a new house that had a fence installed by tornado fencing a few years ago. We found a few holes in the house so we called and asked them to come by and give us a quote to repair. They did, were super friendly and told me we would get a quote later that day or the next day. I contacted tornado fence co. after hurricane Sally for an estimate to repair my fence. A very nice man came and gave me an estimate within a few days. I informed him that when I received the insurance money for the repairs, I would contact them to do the repairs. When I called back I was put on a "4-6 week" waiting list. I've been chasing them ever since until I finally gave up and found another company. Bruce and his crew did a terrific job installing about 185’ of shadow box style wood fencing around my backyard. My wife and I are very impressed and would recommend his work. We are business owners in Pensacola and are happy to Do business with fellow Pensacola folks. I hired them several years ago to replace a common fence between my neighbor and my house. I also needed a new gate. They were extremely difficult to get to come out to my house. In addition, I had after the sale issues that were as equally difficult to get them to reply to. Fast forward to post Hurricane Sally, I decided to give them another try. Wrong decision. **EDIT** Just wanted to let others know that Superior Fence and Rail (Avalon Blvd, Milton) is the best fence company in the area!!!!** Zero stars should be an option; spoke with the owner on several occasions requesting a repair estimate. It was always scheduled at '2PM' the following day every time I called; like it's absolutely rehearsed. First request was scheduled two days from the call at 2:00PM.
