A big No! No ! if you are booking packages through them. They are tech firm doing good , but when it comes to holiday packages they are just a nightmare. They don't have internal coordination , once payment done . After booking service is pathetic. There flight prices are competitive sometime but apart from that they are like a below avrage DMC! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ARE EXPERT IN DENYING AND SAYING NO. THEY DON'T TAKE ANY EFFORTS IN RESOLVING ANY ISSUE AND WANT NEITHER THEY PROVIDE ANY SOLUTION OR HELP CLIENTS.
