We booked US Hotel from TravClan and asked their team to share the additional charges to be paid by guest at hotel. TravClan team confirmed the inclusivity of all taxes but guest had to pay Destination Fee at hotel which was not mentioned in their booking and neither their team mentioned about this fee even when we deliberately asked for add-on charges.
