Paid for a relaxing trip, got the exact opposite. Airport pickup? The driver didn’t show up with a placard - just sent a random screenshot of his location and expected us to find him. He took our picture near the car to confirm his pick-up and upload it on the app, but since he didn’t care, he ended up uploading the wrong guest image. Extremely disappointed with the hiring process at Travclan. The HR team came across as completely unprofessional. It was evident they lack the basic skills required to evaluate candidates effectively. The entire process felt disorganized and was a complete waste of time and effort. Candidates deserve respect for the time and energy they invest. Unfortunately, Travclan’s HR team fails to acknowledge that. I hope they seriously reconsider their approach to recruitment and start valuing people’s time.
