If i could give 0 stars I would. They break their contracts raise prices on garages and carports without a contract wait months to tell you but in the meantime they charge late fees and use the excuse that you haven't pd rent because your rent pymnt goes towards amenities and make it look like you don't pay your rent,. Then every month even if you pay your rent on time the charge you late fees so the fees keep going up and up. If I could give a 0 I would. They raised fee's last year without telling anyone then charge fees and fines and don't fix the issues in the apt . I have a year with a running toilet doesn't work right have to constantly jiggle it the microwave hasn't been replaced in 7 yrs its on back order the closed gate is always broken rust on the iron on the stairs teash always falling on the grounds loose contracts and write things in date things that you didn't write it's not your handwriting. Called to schedule a tour and spoke with a young lady. Very friendly!! She showed me a new unit that they currently built. She was very respectful and knowledgeable about the units. Can’t wait to hear back.

Avoid This Place – Nothing Works! I’ve lived at Vista Monterrey long enough to see things go downhill fast. The gate has been broken since 2023, making security a joke. The management office is a revolving door, so don’t expect consistent help or accountability. The gym is a disaster—only three outdated treadmills work, the TV inside is broken, and nothing ever gets updated. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Management doesn’t care about you. Maintenance is trash. PARKING IS THE WORST… there’s a lot of cars that doesn’t even live here plus if you don’t find a good spot near to your apartment you have to park too far away from your apartment and walk, sometimes you have to walk by yourself at night with no lights. There have been car thefts and a lot of broken car windows. The only good thing about these apartments is the location, that’s it.
