Five Stars is not enough for this job. Beginning with our design consultant, PatrickL who was courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating; we rate A+. Work team included MicahM, *****, JoeP, SamH and BillN and all were extremely professional. They did an incredible job on my house! I hired them to give me all new windows on the front of the house and a new sliding glass door to the porch. They were friendly, professional, and extremely hardworking! Because of how old my windows were they were a tough and long and project for them, but they kept me updated while keeping their work area clean throughout the process. Six years ago we had a walk in shower installed and were very happy with ever aspect of it. Unfortunately there was a manufacture defect in the shower pan causing it to give. Called West Shore and they sent ****** and ***** out to completely replace everything. Could not be happier with the service they provided.
