Just a follow up to my installation of 12 new windows. The latches were misaligned. The staff from West Shore Home responded quickly. ***** *. and ***** *. were the 2 who arrived to adjust the windows. They were prompt..thorough.. friendly..professional.. cleaned the entire area.. very pleased with this process!!They are a great team!!
We needed to replace our builder-grade windows and researched several local companies. We felt West Shore Hone had an excellent reputation and product to meet our needs. From the initial sales visit, to the text updates, and the amazing team that showed up to do the installation, we were very happy. Our consultation with *** was great. He was easy to work with and was able to find us a deal to save us some money. He did the initial photos and rough measurements and said one of the installers would come out to do the final measurements before production of our door. The installer came out and did all the appropriate measurements so our custom door could be made. About 6 weeks later our door was ready and unfortunately the measurements that had been taken were incorrect and our door didnt fit. The company gave us $500 off... read more
What a great company! Installed our walkin shower in 2022. We discovered a problem where the seat trim panel was seperating from the seat, and called West Shore. One phone call, ***** ******** was here the next day. He reviewed the problem, and explained what would be required to repair. While here, he also noticed the sliding dorrs needed adjusting and resoleved that issue. To be out of warrenty and receive this level of service and professionalism is a 5-star experience!!Thank you West Shore And *****!!
