Six years ago we had a walk in shower installed and were very happy with ever aspect of it. Unfortunately there was a manufacture defect in the shower pan causing it to give. Called West Shore and they sent ****** and ***** out to completely replace everything. Could not be happier with the service they provided. Pleasant, courteous and conscientious workers.They kept us informed along the way and cleaned up after the job was complete. We just had our shower conversion from tub to shower, floor, and toilet installed. We have never had such attention to detail communicated to us! Every step of the way we were included in what was happening and what to expect. Our sales representative was involved up to and including questions before installation. It looks wonderful, and everything was tested for functionality before completion.

We had our bathtub/shower replaced with a walk in shower. ***** and **** did an excellent job, our new shower looks awesome.
My shower was installed 6 years ago by ***** S and it still looks like new. Excellent *********************** The caulking in 1 corner had to be replaced due to age/wear and ***** did another great job. Still looks like new!
