We had West Shore Homes remove the tub/shower in our guest bathroom and install a new shower. ***** and his helpers were wonderful. They made sure our floors were covered before they started and made sure everything was clean when they left. ***** made sure to explain everything they were going to do and asked our input on how high to put the shower head and where to place the shelves and grab bars. Very happy with my new tub and bath enclosure! Professional and courteous employees, not subcontractors. Subcontractors never do as good a job as company men. Would definitely recommend West Shore for a bath renovation. I
Our installers, ************** did a fantastic job. They were neat, polite and very professional. My husband is an engineer who professionally does inspection. He was very impressed with the quality of work, especially for the turnaround time. They tore out our old ********** surround, replaced the subfloor and upgraded all the ***************** They then installed a brand new tub and shower surround. All work was completed & the cleanup as well in 8 hours. Highly recommend.
***** and ***** were great to work with! They were very professional and personable. They knew what they were doing and got it done. They worked hard and in a timely manner, but also seemed interested in us and our daughter (who the job was being done for due to a major stroke at 28 years old).
