Amazing! Having my bathrooms upgraded was such a stress free experience! I want to share my experience.At the beginning, we had ****** come over to introduce the West Shore Home products. He was very punctual and professional. I got to see and feel the actual samples and designs. He was very easy to talk to. His presentation was engaging. He had our attention the entire time. We called to have a problem fixed with our shower installation. *************************** was the tech that responded. Our problem was 2 of the walls were buckling. ***** resolved that problem and while doing it discovered an issue that should have been fixed during installation or found and repaired when the final inspection was completed.
