The install crew (*****, ****** **** and ********* )were professional and on time. The only problem was the sliding door and 3 windows were damaged at the factory and delivered damaged. Great job with ***** and crew for catching this. The install of the two undamaged window went great.

From start to finish,. the walk-in shower renovation was excellent. The salesperson, Hethe, explained all the options and installation process very thoroughly. He presented the cost thoroughly as well. ***** and *******, the installers were great. Upon arrival, they explained what they would be doing and throughout the process, they gave us updates. They were conscientious in removing the tile/bathtub. Very pleased with entire project.

Im very impressed with West Shore. Ms. ******* gave an excellent presentation about the company and its products. Mr. *** and Mr. ***** came and installed our new shower and it looks great, just as it was presented. All of them were very professional and provided great service and the quality of the product looks great.*******
