As I found the leaking spot from the new shower, I reached out West Shore Service. The customer service man was very nice. Right away, a manager called me to set up the date a service tech will come. *************************** was a tech, investigated all causes. Then he is assuring me to fix it right as the frame wasnt rightly sealed. He would make sure everything is fixed right. West Shore sent me text again right after he left, & they informed me what they ordered. I feel relieved as they act responsibly so far.
********** and **********, were our installers converting our tub to a shower. They came in like a tornado and left as a hurricane ( Can you tell were from *******?). All joking aside, They were very courteous, and informative, and detailed. They are very prideful in their work and it showed from beginning to end. We appreciate their professionalism and their quality of work
