My shower was installed today 9/25/24. It looks great but I haven't been able to use it as yet. The installers Alex G and Esteban were on time, friendly and courteous. The area was left clean and tidy. So far it looks to be a professional installation.Johnb
Your salesperson (***********************) and installers (************ and ************************) were top-notch. VERY pleasant and respectful. They did a beautiful job installing our shower. Couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship.
I had a West Shore representative to my home on Saturday April 13, 2024. We told him what we wanted on the shower update. We were given a price which was agreeable and were *********** could take up to 6 weeks to schedule. The following Monday or Tuesday we received a call and the work was scheduled for Friday April 19. West Shore Home did an absolutely FANTASTIC job on our shower remake. ***, ***** and ****** were the installers. They were very friendly, professional and busted their butt's. ************************* was our sales guy and made us feel very comfortable in selecting West Shore Home. ****** and *** did a fantastic job with my tub replacement. I had an old cast tub with tile that was aging and had a poorly-sealed window that was getting wet and causing problems. They were in and out in a day - it was a pretty long day but I appreciated that they took the time necessary to do the job right. I do feel confident that this was the right choice for my home and that West Shore will stick by their product and warranty. Thanks again
I am quite happy with my recent tub to shower conversion from West Shore Homes. The installers ******, ****, ******, and *** did an outstanding job. The project was completed on time and they left the work area clean. Thank you guys for a job well done.
