I absolutely love my new shower.. Mr *** was on time, explained everything . Was very clean in the process of protecting the areas of where he would have to go back and forth for bring stuff inside to complete the job... awesome job.. ******** Home didn't disappoint
Outstanding door installation by ***** B and ******* *. Advised us of their arrival time and began work immediately. Professionally done and that included cleanup. Both were friendly, engaging and explained features and warranty of our purchase.

I contracted with West Shore to install a walk-in shower with a lower step. The salesman was clear in stating the expectation that they would be able to lower the step in by a couple of inches, but made it clear that it might not be as low as I would prefer. ****** and ***** did an excellent work changing out the tub to shower only. They were very professional, they took the time to explain everything and did a wonderful job in cleaning up. The only complaint who ever packed up the shower door at the warehouse that was to be installed marked it wrong so it was not what we wanted. We are waiting for a new door.
