We had a new shower installed 3/13-3/14. We hired West Shore to take on this project. James Smithey (Smitty) came out on the first morning & carefully explained how long it would take & the stages of the installation. During the install, Smitty had help from Jonathon, Brandon & Cory. The team of Christian and Ben at the initial meeting was very informative. Helping us with options and finances. Only 1 week later on March 14, 2024, Barry and Aiden came to demo the old tub/shower and install a new walk in shower with a teak seat. The demo was clean and the install was very professional. We had a recent tub to shower conversion done by West Shore Home. Trey F and Steven F were the installers. They did a great job, very polite, worked well together, no foul language. The installation looks very good and they did a great job cleaning up after. Overall a great experience with West Shore and Trey and Steven (good reps. For your company). Would highly recommend. West Shore Home /Chattanooga TN Had design consultant Matt D**** come out and go over options for our shower installation. He was very thorough explaining the whole process and pricing. Installers Briley F****** and Justin T****** did a great job doing the installation. They kept us updated on the work as they ran into a few obstacles with a concrete block wall and having to jack hammer some of the slab. Sorry for the lateness of my review. Camron E. and Justin Trotter did the work on my tub to shower transformation and they were very friendly and professional. They got things done in a timely manner and did exactly what they said they would do. I was very excited about the job and I'm well pleased with the outcome. Before leaving, they made sure everything was to my satisfaction. After seeing the job, I asked myself what took me so long. Now I enjoy nice long showers without the fear of slipping in the tub.
