Xavier W. and George C arrived to install a walk in shower in our guest bathroom. Before starting they placed tarps on the stairs alway to the bathroom. After the work was completed and the area cleaned. Xavier with over how to clean the acrylic walls. Both installers was professional and courteous.

Nick T and Nick J created a spectacular job removing our old shower and creating a beautiful, functional, handicap shower in that space. They customized it exactly for our needs, and throughout the process, constantly were cleaning everything. They were always pleasant and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend they be requested for installation by anyone wanting a installation.

The sales two, Paul, was so polite and easy to work with. The installers (Allen, Demetrius and Shawn, showed up on time, were well mannered, efficient, and very helpful. Even the electrician that was brought in to assist with the removal of my tub jets, was very nice. I love the walk in shower. It is beautiful! When I had a question about one of the shower head, they immediately contacted the project manager and sales rep, who completely satisfied my question. I highly recommend this company.

I had my Storm door replaced. There was a mix up in understanding what self contained meant which was resolved. However, door I received came with enterchangeable top and bottom screens. I ask the sales rep if I should have two screens. He said you only ordered the top screen which is what my invoice stated. My problem is the lack of explanation of the door, and that I had to call Provia, the manufacturer to find out the specs about the door. I signed a contract with Corey M**** August 21st. He did a great presentation on that day. He answered every question I had throughly. The windows were installed yesterday, Sept 25th, by Mike and JT. They arrived and worked so well together. I am very particular and they did a fabulous job. Personable, competent and I would highly recommend West Shore for all your needs. I would welcome them anytime.

We had our shower remodeled by Jose V. and Glen R. They did a great job. Very professional. Arrived on time and completed the job by midafternoon. Clean up was great as well. I appreciate the job they did.
