We did a bath to walk-in shower conversion and a front door replacement. The sales experience was great- no pressure, very knowledgeable about the product and up front about the pricing-******** was terrific to work with. ********** took a few weeks just as we were told. ****************, ************, ************, and ********* Did the install. On 06/06/2024 Two young guys ****** and **** were the assign staff to install a shower in my home at ***********,Both of them were very profesional and during the process kept me inform in the material and when a decision making was needed The conduct the task, profesional, organice, clean and in a friendly behavier, the installation was as expected and reflects that a good company is the result of what they do, Great
We had two new entry doors and a storm door installed today by ************ and ************** They did an amazing job. It was a big job replacing the entire door frame and a lot of mess but when they left, you wouldnt even know they were here. I actually think my floors are cleaner now than when they arrived! I overheard one of them saying to the other that the door they were installing represents their work and that they should do what it takes to make it their best. *********** were very polite and extremely professional. They went straight to work & after taking out the old they showed me their work & explained the next steps upon getting to the placement of the handrails and shelves let asked me where I would like them. Upon completion they talked with me about the care & when the shower could be used allowing time for everything to set

Very impressive company, our design consultant ****, was very thorough and professional. The installation team, ****,****** and **** worked hard to complete the job in one day, it was a complete demolition of a 70 year old shower, it looks amazing. Thank you West Shore Home. Highly recommended!!!!!
Installers did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and were kind and courteous. I had a lot of rotten wood under the window and they went above and beyond to reinforce and rebuild a small part of the wall in order to hold the integrity of the window. ****** and ***** we exceptional, and communicated very well to me.
