Had shower put in place of tub, very happy with product. Did have company come back and lower curtain rod and put a water regulator on shower head ( it had much more pressure than I had before)! Shower seat came in very handy when I had an injury. Only downfall is the seat ( teak wood) is hard to clean and looks moldy even after scrubbing. Would love to do my other bathroom. T Phelps

My friend tony had her shower done through this company and recommend them . I was going to call bath fitters but after talking to the sales man he explained it so perfectly I didn’t even bother getting a second estimate. Joshua White & Brian were very professional and did great work. They were neat,cleaned up area and fixed all necessary incidents.
I am ultimately completely pleased with my new bathroom. Initially there was a hiccup but Damon and his crew pulled together and made everything exactly as I ordered. Both set of workers were friendly and very professional. I would recommend highly using West Shore Home

We called for an estimate from West Shore and were promptly given a convenient date for us. The two men arrived at 8, introduced themselves and explained how they would be starting our install. They protected our floors in all areas they would be using. After showing them our main bathroom it was explained what they would be doing and they kept us updated throughout the day after different steps were done. The Knoxville window install team led by Aaron T did an exceptional job putting in our new windows. The main office gave us a call to say the schedule was changed and the windows would be installed in one day instead of the two days originally quoted. When that day was over, they weren't real close to finishing the inside and outside trim I knew they would be back the next day. It took them the whole day to complete the job, but it was perfect!!!
