****** and *** did a fantastic job with my tub replacement. I had an old cast tub with tile that was aging and had a poorly-sealed window that was getting wet and causing problems. They were in and out in a day - it was a pretty long day but I appreciated that they took the time necessary to do the job right. I do feel confident that this was the right choice for my home and that West Shore will stick by their product and warranty. Thanks again

On April 18, 2024 to techs from West Shore, **************, ******** (**************** and ************) arrived about 8:08 am to change my tub into a shower and completed the work approximately at 3:30 p.m. that same day. They were potent and respectful and were professional. They explained all that they did and assured me that there no mold damage or any damaged wood in the area were the tub was located.
