5/17/24-I am writing a review for a new bath to walk in shower conversion I had done today by West Shore Home. ******** was the outstanding sales rep that did the initial visit and was very persuasive to show me what West Shore could do for my bathroom. I saw him on 5/6/24 and expected a 6-10 week wait before installation. On 5/7/24 West Shore called and said installation would be 5/23/24. Our installers were awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked so well together that I was shocked that they are relatively new. They walked us through every step and answered any question we could think of. Our shower looks amazing. They made sure I was satisfied with the work done. I'm also impressed that management came to address any issues and that the work was inspected. Very professional with high quality product. We had two large picture windows installed by ************ and ************ from West Shore Windows. They were very professional, took their time and did a great job on removing the old windows and then successfully installing the new windows. Excellent work.
