Absolutely wonderful process working with West Shore Home installing our Kohler walk-in Hydrotherapy tub. They were on time, provided a high quality installation, cleaned up after themselves, provided information on operation and care. A wonderful experience. Initial review of master bathroom project: Two inspections and professional inspectors evaluated the bathroom for mitigation of water damage / cracked tile and damaged drywall / paint and plumbing. Professionals like Del Floyd help make this process so much more informative and cordial. Than you *****************for sending us these great people to help this Military Disabled Veterans family get through this terrible bathroom remodel.
Today Hunter Medford and Kamane completed installation of our new bathtub and shower. They did an amazing amount of work in 10 hours, removing our 60 year-old cast iron tub and tile and transforming the space into a beautiful modern bath. They did a great job at adapting old features to work well with the new without major renovation. Details were attended to. We love our new bath space and we highly recommend West Shore Home.
Nathan M**** and Joe Caveman S****** were absolutely fabulous. They were very efficient with the installation of our new walk-in shower and due to their professionalism and knowledge of their trade they found and corrected a previous plumbing drain issue while installing the plumbing for the new walk-in shower. They also were able to c****mize one of the shower walls to accommodate for an oddly placed exterior window.
Had a walk in shower done today. Cody W and Xavier W were prompt, friendly , efficient and knowledgeable. So far so good! Looks amazing!
Shane K. and Steve A. did an excellent job converting my tub to a walk in shower. They were efficient, polite, and left my bathroom cleaner after the installation than it was before they arrived. They ran into an unexpected issue and solved the problem without missing a beat! Ashland Wool was the representative who set the whole transformation in motion. I highly recommend West Shore Home and the price was right.
We have been very satisfied with our 2 bathroom shower remodelings by West Shore. We have had a couple of issues but they have been committed to correcting them asap. Service Tech Frank S did a fantastic job evaluating our issue and setting up a permanent resolution.
