Larry M., Will, and Antwan did a phenomenal job replacing our old 1977 style cast-iron tub and tile shower. Our shower looks beautiful! Not only were they professional, and kind but during the install, they did a great job communicating on what the process was with me, the timeline, what they were doing, and when, and making sure that I was happy with how the installation was going throughout the process. I cannot recommend their work enough.
We originally invited West Shore out to do an estimate on Window Replacement. However, we ended up contracting with them to replace the garden tub in our master bath with a walk-in shower and shower/tub combo in what was our kids bathroom/ is now our guest bathroom. We could not be happier with that decision. Cole was our consultant and he was very helpful during the design and contract phase, calling or texting to follow up on a few questions and just to confirm that we’d gotten calls from the main office. From the representative that came out to the installers my project turned out great.
I believe the lead was Jackson B*****. The other 2 team members were Brandon W******* and Reginald B****. All 3 gentlemen were very polite and helpful!! I'm unable to get around and Jackson took pics of the exterior to show me including to make sure I was satisfied with the work!
