Jordan, our consultant explained everything in detail. We’d already met with a similar priced good company but because of Jordan’s dedication in taking extra time to answer our numerous questions, we went with Westshore. This is the second job I’ve had Westshore Homes do. Both times the job was completed in a day. This time I had them replace all of the windows in the house. I was astounded by the quality material and the installers! Paco, K, Troy, and Micah were professional and left my house so clean. Their energy was upbeat and positive and I also get to meet the regional guy! I highly recommend!
So far so GOOD! I had to get total hip replacement surgery so we know I needed a walk in shower. I work in the construction business, so I thought it would be easy to get some contractors together, Nope. Best Experience I have had with an installation/remodel/servicing The tub came out beautiful and I witnessed the care and quality of the work in progress. The servicemen Shawn and Christian came at expected time and were friendly and respectful. Throughout the process they communicated what was going on and got my input any time there was a question as to direction while remaining unobtrusive generally. West Shore Home replaced our bathroom tub with a walk in shower. The crew led by Jake did a fabulous job. The work was done timely and minimized the impact on us. We expected to be without water throughout our house for the entire installation, but the water was on after a couple hours at most. The work appears flawless and the guys doing the work were extremely pleasant and accommodating. My wife and I highly recommend West Shore Home for bathroom remodeling. Great job and thanks!!!
