Rober H. and Alex J. did a beautiful job installing my walk in shower. Robert was very helpful in answering my questions and giving suggestions regarding placement of hand rails. They were both professional, arrived on time and cleaned up when the job was done at the end of the day. I would have given 5 stars but it was just installed so I can't comment on long term how it will hold up but got positive comments from others. I do think it is a little pricy but like their commitment to customer satisfaction.
They are very friendly, exceeded my high expectations, and finished quicker than expected.
So amazing And their install team is 10 stars. So informative and kind and caring. It was Edwin and Cody and wow what a perfect and beautiful job they did. My installation by WestShoreHome’s group made up of Shannon, Sam, Matthew, and Kristina out of Greenville SC did a great job. They removed my tub, ceramic tile walls around it, cleaned out the mess, and reinforced the floor underneath while being friendly and respectful to me. They worked efficiently doing that and putting up the walk-in shower stall with accessories. I love my new shiny clean shower and have already recommended it to my daughter.
We had both of our bathroom tubs converted to showers and we were very pleased with the results and the service. We called for some service on our shower heads. Damian K***** came out to service them. We were very impressed with his service and expertise in plumbing. Would recommend West Shore to anyone needing this service.
