Shane mike and brian were great installing my french patio door. Timely, efficient, friendly and competent . Thank you West Shore.
Had a tech come out (Tim W****), to make some repairs on the caulking and grab bars. The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Really appreciate the company coming out so quickly and completing the repairs, no questions asked. Thank you Tim!!!
Great company and great group of employees. Alex and his crew did a great job installing over 20 windows. Shout out to Alex, Jake, Isaiah, AJ, Garrett, Jacob, Austin, and Lesane - I can’t thank you guys enough! Everyone was very courteous and focused. We are very pleased with the results!
On 10/9/23 the 2 installers Robert D***** and Brad W******** showed up at the given schedule time. The 2 worked all day I truly didn't see them take a lunch break. Once here they stayed with there job. They cleaned and as they worked. They respected my hardwood floors by covering thier walk way. The day of exit we were given instructions on care of shower. As of today we are please.
I just wanted to say , I was very pleased with the work that Jose and Jordan did with the shower installation at my home. They were very personable, professional and very polite. They did a great job , and I would definitely recommend West Shore Home to my family and friends.
Made call, scheduler, Ayslyn, was very helpful. 2 minor items were covered by warranty Received confirmation call day prior to arrival Service Technician, Tim White, was very polite. He explained what he was going to do, cleaned up as he went and showed me the completed work. He asked if I had any questions and thoroughly answered them. Kudos to Ayslyn and Tim Holly G****
The team of installers, Aaron A., Zach H., Jamie C., Brandon S., Jason T. were professional and courteous. They installed a new bath, discussed the problem situation that was found in the shower and cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend their service and West Shore Home.
Ron, Kyle and Taylor did an excellent job installing our walk in shower. Strongly recommend them. They were all very nice and answered our questions. Thank you guys.
David did an excellent job I was surprised he was by himself but he was great showed me every step of the way. I a very happy with the end product.
