I had my Storm door replaced. There was a mix up in understanding what self contained meant which was resolved. However, door I received came with enterchangeable top and bottom screens. I ask the sales rep if I should have two screens. He said you only ordered the top screen which is what my invoice stated. My problem is the lack of explanation of the door, and that I had to call Provia, the manufacturer to find out the specs about the door. I signed a contract with Corey M**** August 21st. He did a great presentation on that day. He answered every question I had throughly. The windows were installed yesterday, Sept 25th, by Mike and JT. They arrived and worked so well together. I am very particular and they did a fabulous job. Personable, competent and I would highly recommend West Shore for all your needs. I would welcome them anytime.
We had our shower remodeled by Jose V. and Glen R. They did a great job. Very professional. Arrived on time and completed the job by midafternoon. Clean up was great as well. I appreciate the job they did.

We love our new shower! Frank Vereen and Kobe Stefanick did a great job. They worked diligently all day without even taking a lunch break and informed us of what they were doing and welcomed any feedback. West Shore proves that they care about their customers. Mat came to our home to ensure that everything was being done properly and in a timely manner. We even received phone calls afterwards to ask if we were truly happy with the job done. We are very happy with our beautiful new shower!
