I was very pleased with the work that Larry and Phil did with the tub to shower conversation. They were very professional and very polite. Arrived on time, completed in one day and cleaned everything afterwards. The shower looks great. Thank you West Shore.
Our team (Micah/Teagan M) arrived on time. They were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Micah reviewed all work at the beginning and the end. Teagan ensured area was clean and left in same condition. They both communicated throughout the day. At one point, they encountered an issue. They communicated the concern, strategized a plan and continued the work. We were nervous but these two gentleman went above and beyond to ease our fears.
