This was an an outstanding experience right from the start! Beginning with the explanation from the sales representative, Christopher to the scheduling department, which was very thorough and very very quick to the actual installation done by Larry M and Phil H who were superb in my estimation. Thanks to all for making this possible. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a similar process.
The West Shore team that converted our old tub/shower combo into a beautiful new walk-in shower were fantastic! They were punctual, efficient, and very professional. An outstanding job done by an awesome crew; Brad W., Alyssa C., and Ty B. We’d recommend them again and again!

The crew that did my install Shane and Mike did a very good job from beginning to finish. The original sales guy that came to my house and explained the job I was sold on the job but I didn’t get what I was told would be done. For example replacing all rotten wood, which they covered with metal sheeting no fault to the crew installing but the salesman selling what they don’t offer ,door frame being all composite which was not.
