Amazing!!!!!! From start to finish this crew was awesome. The crew showed up early and were extremely cordial and respectful of our property. My husband loved that they always asked us our opinion and pointed out every detail all along the way. We recommend this company to anyone that is serious about doing a job right the first time. We had a large two day project of removing our tub and putting in a wall to wall walk-in shower, and capping the old. Jacob K, Hung L, and Aasim H. were very polite hard working individuals who completed our project in two days. They kept us up to date on the project throughout to completion.
I couldn't be happier with the entire experience of getting my tub/shower replaced. Starting with sales, going all the way through to final cleanup the West Shore team was first rate. My salesman, Tyler, was extremely knowledgeable and more importantly friendly. He walked us through all the countless options available to us and was very patient as we asked lots of questions. Very professional, outstanding customer service; made sure all my questions were answered and continually asked if there was anything I needed or wanted done. The TEAM worked together non stop during the day. When they finished each day they reviewed what they had done and asked if they needed to do anything different for the next day (over 20 windows). The final product instantly improved the way my whole house looks-beautiful.The TEAM was AMAZING.

My husband and I just upgraded to a walk-in shower and it is beautiful. The two guys that did our installation were fantastic, professional, friendly and really knew what they were doing.
