John and Landon, from the Lexington KY office, were professional, efficient, and personable. They clearly explained the process, conferred with us at all the necessary points, and did a fantastic job. We are very excited for our new shower!

Amazing job. Logan S****** and Sam T**** came in and tore out my old tub they replaced the old plumbing. Hung 3/4” plywood on the walls and floor. Installed the new walk-in shower. Cleaned up behind themselves and were done by 3:30. The next day I noticed water was pooling in the shower pan opposite the drain. I call customer service. They went out of their way to make it right. Josh W**** and Matt K*** come out on a Saturday and discovered my floor was sagging. The company, products and installers were great! They did the whole job in 2 days and my wife and I couldn’t be happier.
Elijah and James are awesome! They did an amazing job on my new shower. They were very kind and friendly. They cleaned my bathroom better than it was when they got here. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new shower or bath!!
