How do I start? Quality of work, average. Quantity of work for the price, disgustingly overpriced. The salesperson made it sound like all we would have to do was paint after the job was done, wrong. Removed old shower and hung drywall, no mudding, no finishing. They left the old vinyl flooring and just put the new stuff over it. Didn't rehang mirrors they removed after new cabinet installation. COMPANY OVER QUOTED JOB. ATTEMPTED TO PRESSURE INTO AGREEING TO DO THE REPAIR WITH THEM. ****** OTHER COMPANIES THAT DO THE SAME REPAIRS. HARRASSED BY CALLING MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY ATTEMPTING TO GET AGREEMENT FOR JOB. HORRIBLE COMPANY THAT OVERPRICES REPAIR AND HARRASSES POTENTIAL CLIENTS.

Purchased all new windows from this business. The installers were prompt, polite, clean, proficient, and did a high quality job. Kudos to installers. Problem Im having is when the windows were being shown, sales person didnt mention that a window ac unit would no longer be able to go back in the new windows. The max heighth of sash is 11. Standard heighth for window ac unit is 13. Not only am I out 3 window units but Im now having to purchase floor units to give me ac upstairs which creates extra expenses. West shore homes is another company taking advantage of others. They give miss information. One person said they would not honor quality advantage warranty. A salesman said they do honor quality advantage old warranty but the time has expired. We did contact them for a project and I agreed to a contract. I changed my mind 9 days later because the salesman did not give me the discounts that were offered by customer service. As a result we canceled the project. The only reason to give them a one star is because their customer service is very sweet. This one day install has been 3 years and they still havent got the shower the way we ordered it. We paid $14,000.00 for a shower that has taken 16 visits to our home, and its still not complete. I have taken 16 days off work to accommodate their mistakes, and paid that much money for a shower that still isnt right. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL customer service. I used 3 different PTO days because orders were wrong, items were not on the truck, no one followed thru. Then after all that headache I was promised some money off of the job to put towards added expense because West Shore remodels bathrooms but doesn't provide glass for glass doors. This promise came from a ******* manager promising a check for troubles but that never came. Review continued… So upon letting our sales men know about all of these issues.. we had someone sent to our house four days later, we thought to correct all of these errors.. He arrived (also late) (but very very nice guy) and informed me he’s only there to put on the cap on the tub he’s just a plumber and doesn’t deal with the cosmetics. So we got most of the issues corrected but here we are over a week later still with a different color shower. West Shore did a terrible job . They left the walls un completed and unpainted. I had a shower door , but they said no shower door . Curtain rod instead . The smell is terrible . Smells like raw sewage all day every day 24/7 . I called several times and it goes to voice mail and they don't return my calls . I also text them a several times and they didn't return text message .
