very poor communication. did not hold up to their advertisement ....... as advertised on TV.........* no interest or payments for 1 year *Fee installation Was never given any paper work with figures of cost. *** kept telling me I would get everything in the mail. I explained I wanted to put money down. Same answer, I get all that paper work in the mail. We had a shower/tub installed on 1-24-25 well we were supposed to have a tub our work order got entered wrong and when the installers came out to do the work the wrong walls were ordered which they had the right ones in stock so no problem went and got them and we thought we were golden all the installers did a wonderful job very professional and polite somehow we ended up with a walk in shower instead of a tub I was told they would look into it and get back with me no one has contacted me Ive reached out to them talked to o... read more

Don't use West Shore Home for your remodel needs. West Shore Home salesman originally gave me a quote of approx. $15,000 to replace my shower. I said no that was too high. About a month later another salesman came out to "make me a better deal". He got the price down to right at $11,000 and said it was exactly what the previous salesman had shown me. I found West Shore difficult to work with during the remodel of our bathroom. They had crew(s) working until late in the evenings (9:30pm) to save coming out an additional day. This was extremely hard for my 88 year old moms health. Heat vents were closed up and not vented correctly under two vanity cabinets. This caused additional cost to me to hire **** company to correct. Reached out for warranty info.This was our first and only quote. We were thrilled once it was done, as it looked great. Failed to inspect for issues before ***'s 1 yr labor warranty expired. Mistake. By year 2, all horizontal caulk in the walk-in shower was failing and started leaking below. Shower doors do not shut correctly and allow a lot of water to escape. A large plush bath mat covers the entire length any water splashed out was absorbed quickly. Thought i could live without the doors closing flush but i can't. In the ... read more

West Shore Homes replaced our door, causing water damage to our floors and walls. They promised fixes, flooring reimbursement (after approval), and callbacksnone happened. They blocked us on ********. Now involving an attorney. ***** them.

If I could give this a zero I would. They pressure you, are rude, and won't leave until they have you under a contract. Never use them.

An unethical salesman from this company tried to extort my elderly parents. He tried to sell my retired parents, who live on a fixed income, five windows for over $10000 before "discounts." The overpriced fixed windows he tried to see my parents did not qualify for the ******** safety code due to the lack of emergency egress. Everything about that interaction was unethical.
