I had a bay window and a double front door installed in my house. My house is facing a main road. I has been more than an month and I am still waiting for the inside molding to be installed on the bay window. I was told the molding was on order. I have no molding to hang curtain rods on. Imagine a large window in your living room without curtains. **************** is not their priority.

selling inferior shower doors. scheduling to replace a big hassle. been dealing with this issue since March. seems like once they have your money making things right is not a priority

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! My 85 yr old father was quoted an absurd amount of money (14k) for a shower remodel in ********, **. A saleswoman came to his home and talked him into something he could not afford- a one day shower remodel for elderly people. When he told her that was a lot of money and wasnt sure how hed pay for it, she recommended financing- which he did. standard practice. There was no mention of a 35% cancellation fee. First and foremost I would like to thank ************** for coming to my home and providing me with excellent service. Hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had when dealing with someone coming out to give an estimate. From the very beginning we were lied to. Our salesman told us they could finish a closet for us. I reminded the Salesman twice about my shower seat, I never got one. Now, 19 months later and ********* later, our floor pan split. I used vinegar and water to clean it, so not my fault. I started thinking I was overcharged. Our installation was supposed to be free, and parts 50% off. WE ordered shower walls, floor pan, window seal, and 3 shelves, curtain rod, and two grab bars. As soon as the sales rep walked out of my house with a check in his hand is when all customer service ended. When talking with the sales rep I was promised a few things in regards to the installation of my new windows. Furniture would be moved and put back. Bedding or furniture would be covered to protect my belongings from the dust and debris that comes along with installing windows.
