My 78 yr old mother had west shore come out for a quote to install a new shower. At the time she was told she had 3 business days to cancel. Upon calling to cancel, she was told she went past the 3 ********** owners 35% cancellation fee. My expressed she was unaware that ***************** were business days and was told she has to pay the fee. After a wonderful presentation about the products and services, me and my husband decided to proceed with Westshore homes to remodel our shower. We decided to go with the basic model given that our home was new and I was just unhappy with the style of our old shower. Unfortunately, everything stated in the presentation turned out to be false. I feel this business is a scam. They are running a contest for a new bathroom and after you enter this contest, they call you and they insist that they’re doing a half price special. They don’t want you to miss out on it and that you need to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to your house. I feel this is almost a bait & switch and I’m very upset about it.

William G***** came into my home, cut holes in my kitchen ceiling leaving wires hanging from one to another to ( make my lights work but would be back to fix it) and never returned. When I contacted him to come back and fix this he told me to find somebody else. I am disabled at home alone while my husband works so it's hard to do anything worrying if my house is going to catch fire from this shoddy work. Shame on you young man!

West Shore Experience Having been in the construction management industry for 50 years I have contracted with and managed projects upwards to $200 million dollars. Never have I seen such a sub par performance from a ‘Top Rated’ contractor. The list of poor performance started when I provided written direction to the technician on the placement of the safety grab bars and shower seat. I contacted West Shore to replace our master bedroom shower. During my initial interview with the sales rep, Christopher, he explained that a third party would do the glass work to complete my shower replacement. I immediately became uncomfortable with that arrangement, told him it would not be acceptable, and began to end the meeting. The rep then explained that West Shore had a relationship with the business that does the glass, that the company was beside them, and that they often worked together. They promised me.they would leave my place as they found it..they lied. I spent 45 minutes on my hands and knees scrubbing their muddy foot prints and dirt in my basement..then the caulk was clunky and sloppy..then I went out side abd saw sawdust all over my porch..my driveway was completely covered as well as my car..I.spent a lot of time cleaning up their mess..including having to wash my car. I.have a video of all the sawdust they left me to.clean..thinking I should post it and warn others to take other bids..do your home... read more

Do not go with this company for your bathroom remodel, they will rip you off and they prey on women. Tried charging my lady and her mom almost 14,000 for a bathroom remodel but when it came to my attention they were only doing the shower I said they were getting ripped off so they canceled after 7 days. Keep in mind the company was 8 weeks out so cancelling after 7 days shouldn’t have been a problem. They are trying to charge them a 35% restocking fee which is absolutely ridiculous.
