We paid for a ceiling to our shower. Initial installer didn’t show record of that. Follow up visit the brought the wrong color. Nest visit brought the wrong size. Next visit installer said the whole think was installed incorrectly. It wasn’t square so I could take crooked ceiling to the shower or they could come fix it. If it were not for the installers (great guys) I would give 0 stars. The communication on their part is terrible. Had to have 3 install appointments 1st rescheduled was because the had my kit early, so i made arrangements to be home instead of my hisbands surgery the 2nd reschedule was because they DIDNT have the right kit. SO missed my husbands surgery for NOTHING 3rd reschedule because they had the new kit. After all that I still have to pay the better part of 15,000 all I got done was my shower. Not bathtube nothing. Beware of signing any contract with this company. The sales personnel are very shoddy, and the company will not provide you with any resolution. Their sales tactic is bait and switch.
Please stop calling me. 7 times in 7 days is too much, 2 calls is too much. After reading these reviews, glad you scared me away with the calls. BBB, again, this review is now for you. Please stop accrediting companies with these awful reviews/ stars. They should not say A+ on their profile. Do better.
Initially I was very impressed with the communication as well as the service. now that we have had the shower for 6 months and are now experiencing an issue, I cannot get anyone to return my calls. My father signed a 1 year interest free contract, which I have a copy of. But the employees at WSH entered the information incorrectly with the finance company. Terrible customer service. I’ve experienced numerous issues with West Shore from them scheduling an appt and not showing to measuring windows incorrectly. Since March, I placed calls to my salesman, customer service, left two complaints on website, negative review with Home Advisor and not one time have I yet to receive a call to discuss my frustration and answer questions. My mom (80) had a shower put in and there was nothing but problems one after another. She signed up for a promotion they were having to win a $10,000 shower but they don't tell you until they send someone out to give you an estimate that you have to be a exsisting customer to even qualify to enter the promotion which defeats the point of "Winning a shower". We received our consultation from west shore home in July/ August at which time we agreed on a price and materials and put down a deposit. Months went by and we had no communication, I contacted them in January/ February to inquire about our bathroom remodel, at which time I was informed that our order had been canceled for no contact but our deposit was not returned.
