They did work that should have taken 2 days it took 2 months and then after a few months they have to redo it all again the floor in our shower sank so now it will take another couple months to fix the price is outrageous so we asked for some back since we paid in full they said no this place does very crappy work and the money is ridiculous I would never wish them on anyone

In my 65+ years, there are only two businesses that I regret choosing for a large project– WestShore Home is one of those. I encourage anyone to choose a company that manufactures their own windows and to read the lifetime warranty very carefully. I purchased 19 windows and a patio entry door in 2019 from America Windows, now WestShore Home. After 2 years, the lifetime warranty is extremely limited–you will pay a service call fee and you will pay to replace any window cracked or broken by an act of God or accident. It is a shame that West Shore Home continues to provide a product that is so cheaply made while touting the quality and continues to act as though they resolve issues when they don't. People get tired of interacting with them; they send out "technicians" to fix shoddy work, and it is marginally better, or it "is the best they can do." This is not a reputable company in my opinion as they sell very high prices for very mediocre quality products. I wish I could give a negative customer service star. I have even calling this west shore home since Dec 2022. I was told I would not be charged interest on the loan for the window for the 1st 2 years. To give me a chance to pay 14000 of windows off. I call repeatedly and have been told EACH TIME THAT I WOULD GET A CALL BACK. BUT THE CALLS NEVER COME. AND U DONT GET COPIES OF WHAT U SIGN 10X CAUSE SOMETHING WENT WRONG ON THEIR ESIGN COPIES. 3/29/23:I called WSH twice yesterday to address the shelf issue, on my less than 1 week old redo, and the 1st time I was put on hold for over 30 minutes, not a word from ANYONE, before I hung up and the 2nd time I was told that my newest case (#9) would be passed along to a Service Supervisor, not a CUSTOMER Service Supervisor, as escalated and I would get a callback? My grandmother is currently being over charged for a new bath tub installation and water heater. I spoke with the design consultant, Marci Uricola who was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her to send me a copy of the contract so I could see why my grandmother was being charged so much money for a small job. Marci told me that it was sent to my aunts email but my aunt was unable to find it. My grandmothers bathroom is very old and so is the plumbing. Westshore Homes sends pushy salesman to "help" 65 yr old ladys like myself who live alone. I was lied to & did NOT get zero interest for 18 mths..ive called Westshore twice & was promised to be called back! I havent been called back!Westshore is a JOKE!! I live i spartanburg County.

I have waited since December 2022 for my windows to be fixed. They installed them December 14, and did a lot of damage to my home, and one of the windows is broken. The man they sent out last week was high on marijuana, and did not do the work, left his trash on my porch, urinated in my driveway! And did not do any work that was needing to be done. December 9, 2022 I agreed to have West Shore come in and replace my tub to a walk in shower. I was told by the Sales Rep that the special for me was 60 months interest free on my payments. I signed away. Now after 3/4 payments, I find out from the finance company that that is not my agreement. It is for 15 years at a high interest rate. I have no words for West Shore.
